The Wine

This 2010 Pinot Noir is incredibly delicate and light in color but filled with soul and sophistication. Once again fermented 100% whole-cluster and crushed by foot, this sexy wine is delicious now, but we believe it will continue to reward your patience with time well stored.

Tasting Note

Light translucent strawberry red in the glass with vibrant aromas of wild strawberries (Fraises des bois) that seem just as delicate as the actual fruit. The delicate berry aromas are joined by stem spice, orange blossoms, black tea, gunpowder and sexy flowers. In the mouth the wine is delicate but intense with an incredible perfume of ripe Pinot Noir fruit. This is a stunningly delicate and sophisticated Pinot Noir from the Santa Cruz Mountains.
